The importance of your nutrition

Nutrition is often overlooked as either unimportant, too complicated or both. This is because its importance is not emphasized enough by most trainers and coaches, and those that do highlight it often confuse the subject. Using long words and unnecessary technical terms isn't helpful to anyone.

Nutrition can be simple. Understanding how to fuel your body is also simple. Barbell Nutrition is here to help you with exactly that. We aren't saying that always making the right choices is easy, and we understand that resisting tempting foods can be hard, but we have the experience, insight and knowledge to help you along every step of your journey. Understanding your goal

It is important to know and understand your goal first and foremost. Generally people want one of two things; Lose Weight / Body Fat (Lean and Tone), or Increase Strength and Muscle Mass. Sound familiar?

Both of these goals require very different approaches, but one thing they have in common is this; you'll need guidance.

Barbell Inspired is here to provide exactly that and it is why we created the Barbell Nutrition program for you.

How does Barbell Nutrition work?

 

Barbell Nutrition will be your Personal Nutrition Coach. This coach will be your point of contact from day one and every week thereafter. Your free consultation will establish some information which will help us better understand your goals and ensure that you are paired up with the right coach to help you excel in achieving your goals.

Your Personal Nutrition Coach will connect with you and delve into the depths of your goals; understanding first why it is that you want to make these changes. We believe this is the most important step to influencing and realizing positive change. They will ask how your day is structured, how often you eat, how your time is managed and how long you spend at work and at the gym. They will then ask what you do for work, what you do in the gym, what you have tried before, what you like to eat and understand your palate. This may include a few days of keeping a food diary. This is important. Too many 'experts' will give you recommendations and advice which you cannot use as it does not work for you and is simply unattainable. Barbell Nutrition is here to provide you attainable solutions.

Once your Personal Nutrition Coach has gathered all of the information required in the free consultation they will then outline their suggestions. They will help you set realistic goals, as well as milestones to achieve along the way. They will present you the facts on what changes we will be able to help you make. They will explain how you will receive a carefully devised personal nutrition plan, an explanation of why we have chosen this plan and how to use it (so important), daily support on monitoring food intakes, a weekly consult call and everything you can expect from their area of expertise.  Finally, they will give you one clear, affordable and honest price that you'll pay to get started. No add ons. No hidden extras. We want to keep things simple because we want to see you succeed with Barbell Nutrition at Barbell Inspired.
